Message from the School
Business has changed. Artificial intelligence, data and new digital platforms are reshaping how organizations compete, how people work and how leaders make decisions. Business education must change with it.
Kamber Business School is an experiential learning school based in Singapore. We exist to transform the way individuals learn, think and lead, through practical experience rather than theory alone.

People
People are the heart of Kamber. The quality of our faculty, practitioners and professional staff determines the quality of the learning we offer and the difference our learners make.
We look for educators who combine academic depth with real experience: people who have led change in organizations and can help others do the same.
We value curiosity, creativity, critical thinking and integrity, and we give every member of our community room to grow, experiment with new ways of teaching, and learn from one another.
Our learners are experienced professionals: senior leaders, technology and data heads, faculty members and researchers. They bring knowledge no textbook can, and they learn as much from each other as from us.
We are also building a strong team of professional staff in admissions, learner support and operations, so that every learner receives the guidance they need from first enquiry to completion.

Learning
Learning changes how people think and act. A Kamber program is designed to change what leaders do at work, not only what they know.
Every program combines academic foundations with case studies, simulations, practical assignments and capstone projects drawn from participants' own organizations.
AI sits at the centre of what we teach. Our Post Graduate Certificate Program in Chief Digital and AI Officer covers eight modules, from AI strategy and data governance to generative AI, responsible AI and leading change.
Participants finish with an AI transformation roadmap for their own organization.
Our programs are built for working professionals, with live online sessions and campus immersions at Paya Lebar Square.
Kamber is accredited by ACBSP, the global accreditor for teaching-focused business education, reflecting our focus on teaching quality and learning outcomes.
Learning by doing allows our leaders to apply new ideas at work the very next week.

Research
Research turns questions into knowledge. At Kamber, we focus on practical, applied research that helps organizations solve real problems.
Our Executive Research Fellowship Program is a 6-month program for faculty and professionals, taught through live online lectures every Saturday and Sunday.
Fellows complete practical assignments, analyse case studies and work hands-on with research tools for literature search, surveys, analysis and referencing.
Each fellow explores research ideas and gaps in their own domain, and builds towards a complete research paper.
In the final month, fellows learn how to choose suitable ABDC-listed journals, prepare a manuscript and respond to peer reviewers. Publication decisions rest with the journals.
4Good research starts with a good question. We give fellows the tools, structure and guidance to answer it rigorously, and to share what they find.

Impact
Kamber measures success by impact: the difference our learners make in their organizations and communities.
Our capstone projects are designed to be used, not filed away. A transformation roadmap or research paper should lead to real decisions.
We work with employers to sponsor learners and to bring live business challenges into our programs, so that learning and work reinforce each other.
We work with our partner, Kamber School of Machine Learning, to bring deep AI and data expertise to our learners.
From Singapore, we aim to serve leaders across Asia and beyond who want to lead responsibly in an AI-enabled world.
We will report honestly on what our learners achieve, and use that evidence to keep improving.
Our learners are change makers. We will grow our impact by helping them turn new knowledge into better decisions.

Campus & Community
Our campus is at Paya Lebar Square, 60 Paya Lebar Road, a modern business hub in the east of Singapore.
It is directly connected to Paya Lebar MRT station on the East-West and Circle lines, making it easy for working professionals to reach.
Our learning spaces are designed for discussion, collaboration and hands-on workshops, not only lectures.
Campus immersions bring participants together in person to work through simulations, cases and capstone presentations.
We welcome learners and staff from every background, and we are committed to a respectful, inclusive environment.
Kamber Business School offers certificate-based programs. It is not a university or college and does not confer degrees.
