Kamber launches the Executive Research Fellowship Program
A new 6-month weekend program helps faculty and professionals build research skills and prepare a research paper for ABDC-listed journals.

Kamber Business School has launched the Executive Research Fellowship Program, a 6-month program for faculty members and working professionals who want to strengthen their research skills and turn their ideas into a publishable research paper.
The program is taught through live online lectures every Saturday and Sunday, so participants can continue working full-time. Each month focuses on one stage of the research journey, from generating ideas and reviewing the literature to analysing data and writing the final paper.
Learning by doing
In keeping with Kamber's experiential approach, participants learn through practice rather than lectures alone. Throughout the program they will:
- complete practical assignments on each stage of the research process
- analyse business case studies
- work hands-on with research tools for literature search, surveys, analysis and referencing
- explore curated research ideas and gaps in their own domain
- write and submit a complete research paper
Guidance for publication
In the final month, participants learn how to select suitable journals from the ABDC Journal Quality List, prepare their manuscript, and respond to peer reviewers. Publication decisions are made independently by journals through peer review, and the program is designed to give participants the skills and guidance to submit with confidence.
Participants who complete all requirements receive an Executive Research Fellowship certificate from Kamber Business School.
